Booking your tickets 

Please take note of the film certification when purchasing tickets. The film certification is strictly enforced at Ticket Check. ID will be required for those patrons who look under the age of the film certification. 

Tickets can be booked online in advance of the events to support track and trace, please make sure you have booked tickets and have your tickets with you before you arrive to avoid disappointment. 

COVID-19 Safe
We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and have worked hard to design an event that continues to include social distancing and ensuring everyone stats safe. Please help us by NOT coming to the show if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (contact us to arrange a ticket exchange).
If you test positive for COVID-19 we will be happy to exchange your tickets for another outdoor cinema night. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Entry to Southwold Common
There will be a one-way system in place on entry and exit with a predefined queueing area.
The venue opens from 6 pm to allow you the opportunity to arrive at your leisure, however, doors will close 15 mins before the film starts so please make sure you arrive in time and allow for queuing on entry.
You will need to provide your own seating. Please be courteous of those around you. Please do not bring extra chairs.  You will not be permitted to erect them on your pitch.  
You will be able to purchase tickets as individuals and in groups of 2, 4 or 6 and will be seated as such.  To ensure that social distancing is maintained you must not move your seating outside of your pitch.
Please follow steward instructions and abide by the designated seating pitches. 
A central pathway will be created within the venue. Please leave this clear to enable other audience members to move around within the venue. 
Try not to leave your designated seating area unless you need to use the toilet facilities or wish to purchase food or beverages. 
Please bear in mind that it can turn chilly as night falls so remember to bring warm clothing/blankets with you. 
Please note that for your safety we may conduct random bag searches on entry. 

Food and Drink
  Hot and cold drinks will be available onsite. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink.

 There are public toilets located onsite. Please maintain a 2m distance when queuing. Hand sanitisers will be inside the toilets, please sanitise your hands after entering.

Other than collecting food and drink or using the toilet facilities you should try to stay within your dedicated pitch as much as possible during the event. If you do require assistance or have any questions just ask one of our team. 
We have first aid medics onsite, should you or anyone in your party feel unwell or need medical assistance alert one of our team. 
Pay attention to announcements made as they will offer additional advice and guidance.

 Leaving the Event 
Please help us to protect the environment and prevent the spread of COVID-19 by using the relevant recycling and food waste units at the venue.

 In the event of rain, the event will go ahead - please check the forecast and come prepared (ponchos are recommended if it rains). In the event of extremely bad weather, the event will be cancelled, and you will be offered another date as an alternative.

 In the event of high winds, the cinema screen may have to be replaced with a smaller screen to ensure safety of everyone at the event. In the event of extremely bad winds, the event will be cancelled, and you will be offered another date as an alternative.
Umbrellas are permitted during the screenings if they do not obstruct the view of others.  If they do, we will ask you to close them.

 Other Housekeeping
Although all our sites are lit, it is recommended that you bring a torch to provide localised lighting back to your car or property.
No naked flames, BBQ’s, gas stoves or candles. 
No tents, gazebos, parasols, or large pop-up structures. 
  If you wish to smoke, including e-cigarettes, you need to leave the venue, you will be readmitted afterwards, and please be courteous of other audience members. 
Please note Southwold Outdoor Cinema cannot be held liable or responsible for any damage to vehicles or personnel possessions whilst attending any of our events. 

 Please note failure to comply with any site rules could result in a refused entry or immediate removal from the event.
